Does anyone know what time the signing will happen?AUSTIN – Gov. Greg Abbott is scheduled on Saturday to sign “legislation to expand Second Amendment rights,” with the headliners expected to be proposals to allow open carry and campus carry.
The Republican is holding the signing ceremony at Red’s Indoor Range in Pflugerville, just outside of Austin.
2 miles from my house. I wonder how crowded it will be?v7a wrote:Abbott to sign gun bills; open carry, campus carry expected at top of stackDoes anyone know what time the signing will happen?AUSTIN – Gov. Not too far from my house. My wife and I were thinking of a civics field trip with our kids so she called them and found out it is going to be a closed event. Red's will be shut down during the time around the signing. Bummer. I wonder who has an invitation?gljjt wrote:2 miles from my house. I wonder if governors do the thing like presidents do where they sign each letter in their name with a different pen, and then hand out the pens as gifts.TexasJohnBoy wrote:
