Gun control laws in California and beyond in peril as Supreme Court expands 2nd Amendment

The SCOTUS decision in NYSRPA v. Bruen has spawned numerous 2A cases. This justifies the creation of this new forum.

Gun control laws in California and beyond in peril as Supreme Court expands 2nd Amendment

From the LA Times:

Gun control laws in California and beyond in peril as Supreme Court expands 2nd Amendment
"the government must affirmatively prove" the restriction is "consistent with this Nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation."

... "It has opened the floodgates for new challenges to just about every gun ... law on the books."
This is what the Anti-gunners have on their agenda:
On June 30, before adjourning for a summer recess, the Supreme Court agreed to hear the case of United States vs. Rahimi in the fall.

UCLA law professor Adam Winkler said the domestic violence case from Texas "is the best case to go before the court for the government."
While the courts are busy dismissing the constitutional rights of American's like in the Texas Silencer case, they are fast tracking violent felon cases to the higher courts to attack Bruen.

Ugh.

The definition of conspiracy is "An agreement between two or more persons to perform together an illegal, wrongful, or subversive act."

Attacking our legal rights through the court system is certainly wrongful and subversive.

Serious question: Who enforces Supreme Court rulings? Notice how the left continues to undermine rulings that don't go their way, either by ignoring them or enacting "new" laws that do the same things as the old laws that were shot down.

The lack of enforcement clauses in the Constitution is the most glaring problem with the document.

I think some were conscience of lack of enforcement:
