Texas and several other entities that sued for relief have gained a temporary restraint from enforcement of Biden's ATF's rule making non FFL firearms sale a violation of the GCA until there is further review of the rule's legality. The restraint only lasts until June 2nd so far. The guy presenting the information in the video is not the best, best you'll get it.
