Court Tosses Ban on Sale of Handguns to Adults Under 21

I know this is a HUGE win, but does it apply in Texas?

I understand that some fed court decisions are restricted to certain geographical areas, and I defer to y’all legal types on here to help interpret this decision for the rest of us.

On Thursday, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the U.S. government ban on selling handguns to adults over 18 but under 21 is unconstitutional.

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals does apply to Texas.
