Kleberg County SO stop without probable cause!

Most CHL/LEO contacts are positive, how about yours? Bloopers are fun, but no names please, if it will cause a LEO problems!

Take my i-phone out and put it on the voice-message function and conspicuously put it on the dashboard. LEO's record stops now, so I figure I should too.

Yes! I have my google phone ready to do this at a moments notice, but I somehow forgot when this incident occured!

That's called "failure to retain a decent lawyer" in the real world. Improper evasive maneuver is intended to apply when you run over a pedestrian while trying to dodge a squirrel, not when you stop short to avoid a hazard and some idiot runs into you because they were following too closely.

I was the only one out there until a car came up fast behind me and then sat on my bumper. I moved to the right lane and he stayed on my bumper. I could only see his headlights so didn't know he was a cop until he quit following me and did a U-turn in the middle of the block speeding off in the other direction. Typical LEO maneuver. Do they tailgate to make you nervous so you'll make a stupid mistake?

Swerve suddenly as you pull the cable release that drops a 1968 Plymouth bumper out of your undercarriage. :evil2:
