Most CHL/LEO contacts are positive, how about yours? Bloopers are fun, but no names please, if it will cause a LEO problems!

From what I've heard, Mr Dolcefino just plain has a personal bone to pick with police. I really don't believe he has anyone's best interest at heart other than his own. He reminds me of J. Edgar Hoover in all the worst ways.
When you take the time out of your day to beat someone, it has a much longer lasting effect on their demeanor than simply shooting or tazing them.
