Open carry of an alligator?

Most CHL/LEO contacts are positive, how about yours? Bloopers are fun, but no names please, if it will cause a LEO problems!

Open carry of an alligator?

#1

Post by KBCraig »

Two articles, one from Houston and the other from UK. The latter has pictures; the former has better comments (my favorite was the wag who looked at the mugshot and said, "He had hair clippers?").

They said the hair clippers were new (and obviously unused!)

Like this one???? Me and my buddy found this one in the Jean Lafitte swamp this time last year. We estimated him to be about a year old. Still eating bugs and stuff at that age. Lots and lots and lots of gators down here. :woohoo

So Greg, you are stating that in that picture, you were carrying the 'sub-compact' model? ;-)

I guess those have their own custom alligator skin holster built right on. :smilelol5:

A Gator-26 to be exact....

You just fill his head with buckshot and and powder his behind :smilelol5:

Comp-Tac makes a good holster for him!

I guess with the compact model, you use buckshot.

If that's Greg in the picture, I was just thinking how young some of these children are and then he remembers Johnny Horton!

I'm just 45, but I know James Corbitt Morris wrote the song to help his history class remember the details.

Somewhere I have a cassette with the Driftwood version. That's as "folk" as folk music can get.

Greg,
you don't quit fooling around with gators down in the swamp, you're going to have to change your screen name to GregThe Nub

:biggrinjester:

"rlol" "rlol" "rlol"

You just have to make sure that the baby gator is swimming and not just taking a ride....

Also it's a good idea to stay away from a big 8-9 footer on land that is being attacked by bees and is ticked off!!!!
