Gun show is about as cheap as online, and you don't have to pay shipping.

+1 There is a guy that owns a printing company that sells them at the gun shows and has them as cheap as I have seen them.

is who we've used for years. For practice purposes, their B-29 at 7 yards simulates the B-27 at 15 yards.

For practice sessions I save every cardboard box bigger than a lunch box, cut it until it is flat, and spray paint on the whatever target I want. When I bought some kitchen appliances that came in cardboard, I got several targets per box. I use the cheapest on-sale masking tape to tape the holes until it is ridiculous, then grab another piece of cardboard. Haven't bought a paper one for quite some time.
