Looking for assistant or co-instructor for Oct. 15 CHL class

Post by A-R »

Hi all:

I've got a class lining up for Saturday, October 15 in Cedar Park that will likely exceed my personal 10-student limit for me as a lone instructor. Thus I'm looking for a bit of help, in one of two ways:

1. If you're not a certified Texas CHL instructor, you can assist with the class - herd the cats, so to speak - but not conduct any teaching or range qualification. I'd be looking for someone who has a Texas CHL and can demonstrate to me good knowledge of gun safety and be willing to help out as needed for the entire 10-hour course. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is considering becoming a certified instructor to get a little behind-the-scenes view of things. Pay: commensurate with experience (basically I'll throw you a few bucks and make it worth your while for the 10 hours).

2. If you're a certified Texas CHL instructor and willing and able to assist in teaching and range qualification, we can discuss a split workload, split proceeds arrangement.

If you're interested, PM me your contact info and let's discuss.

I can do it. Plus, we could maybe grab that drink we're supposed to. Can you maybe squeeze in the wife? She needs a class.

GigAg, I think I've found a co-instructor. But your wife can definitely attend the class. Should a lot of female students in this class.
