You're not allowed to use reloaded ammunition. In fact, they have a list of acceptable ammunition brands.

It is. Keep it concealed.
We had some theft issues so carry stayed on the belt & the range guns stayed in a bag or backpack for most of us.

No -- at least not when I took it. They try to convince you to do it that way, but it isn't specified one way or the other.
Revolver shots can be SA or DA.
