CHL office not taking phone calls

Like many of you I got an email wanting my instructing certificates by the 31st. Fortunately I had taken the NRA basic pistol course right after filling out my application and promptly sent them in.

As of yesterday I had not gotten a reply of reciept so I called. The first lady was nice tried to find some answers for me, couldn't, and transfered my call to another office which immediately went to voice mail, left message and no return call.

I called again today and the response now is (per her supervisor) all instructor questions are handled through the training office via email.

In same boat. I talked to them early this week. said I would get the email to pick a class never came. Hopeing the Feb. class is full and I will get in March. They said they were backed up because they did not have class in Dec. and of course the curent state of Politics.

A customer rep gave me that same email address yesterday. I sent an email, no response as of yet. I would expect 3-5 business days at least.
