Yup. That's what I got out of it too.

Me 3 & that is the summary of my email from them. We will either get the Certificate early fall or instruction on shooting.

Anybody hear anything new on this?

After several weeks wait after completing my online app, payment and test, with no update on the status page I called DPS and talked to a real person, nice guy, to inquire. He checked and said that I had done all that was required to that point and that now it was just a matter of time for DPS to determine what exactly they wanted to do. NO further action was required on my part at this time.

I have completed my hurrying up and now in the 'and wait' status...as are we all, it would seem.

Does anyone know? Do we have to mail the paper with the bar scan code to DPS or just wait for further instructions from DPS?

That form only needs to be sent in with any other forms or items, in order to identify them as belonging to your account. If you have nothing else to send in, the form does not need to be sent.

I guess we are all in the "and wait" section. Funny how they were in such a hurry for us to do our part.

I filed my renewal online, received CHL-90, filled it out, sent it in and am know waiting. I did not take an online test, what is that about? The online info says they are just waiting on my background info? It is still the same background I had before?
