It seems I’ve tried to log in too many time and when I try to log into a new device, I get a error telling me I need to enter my access code but I’m not seeing a CAPTCHA code.
I’m still logged in on my iPad (that’s how I’m posting this) but can’t logon with any other devices.
Can’t see CAPTCHA code.

Disregard, I just used the password reset option and reset my password.

I ran into the exact same issue and ended up doing what you did. The system has done that to me a few times. It gives the message that I tried to log in too many times. Even though I had not tried even once before getting logged out. I kind of wondered if someone had tried to log in as me.
