Applying for a FFL 03 Curio and Relic License- I have a question
I sent my application in for a Federal Firearms License 03 Curio and Relics. According to my interpretation of the limitations of the license I can receive a qualifying firearm, but can't ship one. Is that that case? I know I can't sell firearms with it.

Re: Applying for a FFL 03 Curio and Relic License- I have a question
I'm still learning myself as I just received mine in the mail last week. BTW it took exactly 30 days from the date I mailed my application off until I received my license in the mail.
There are rules regarding common carriers and USPS when it comes to rifles, shotguns VS handguns. The short answer with some caveats is that yes, a C&R FFL can ship out firearms. What you ship, how you ship all depends on who your shipping to..
Make sure that you get your bound book... I found a nice one on Amazon for $17.00
