If it's attached to a belt and worn like a belt I expect it won't be an issue if you attach it to a belt and do not wear the belt like a normal belt, you probably should be prepared to take the ride and hope you have a good lawyer and sympathetic jury.

I want to thank Mr. Cotton for posting the link to that Houston police townhall video. Even though I don't live anywhere near Houston, it was good to get a "big city police" perspective on the matter. Surprisingly, I found them to be very level-headed in their responses; not what I expected at all. Oh, and I believe the Chief said "concealed means concealed". :lol:

I guess the dictionary would not count then. Mark Twain was credited for saying "Common sense is not so common." I stand by my statements.
As far as open carry goes, I prefer the element of surprise. ;-)
