Just to add a thought to this.. Doesn't the City of Dallas have a juvenile curfew that runs until 6:00 a.m.?

How is a teenager driving a vehicle that can cause mayhem different from the same teenager having a firearm that can cause mayhem?

a teen in a car is a common occurance. vehicles aren't really designed to hurt or kill. Cars are used for many functions.
a gun on the other hand....we know he aint LEO, we know he aint CHL.

To bad they (the kid and parents) did not live in the state of MA and the parents could allow the police to search for guns (proposed).

No, they aren't; but they're perfectly good at it. At least a couple of people a year intentionally commit murder with automobiles.

If we had the guts to label drunk drivers who cause fatal crashes murderers, they would account for more murders than criminals using firearms.

Y'all are buying into the mentality that firearms have a moral component. They do not. They are tools. They can be used rightly or wrongly, just like an automobile.

The NRA & TSRA are a bargain; they're much cheaper than the cold, dead hands experience.
