Is this printing?
I need to know if this is ok or not?
While I'm standing upright with a thin t-shirt on my para is completely concealed as shown.
But if I were to bend over my holster will show slightly, my CCW will not becuase it is so small but my holster does.... is this illegal?

It is not printing, but it is failure to conceal (if someone recognizes it is a holster.) Whether someone would bust you on it is another question. It could all be avoided with an IWB hoslter.

Sorry its early...But I couldn't resist...

I don't think your holster showing temporarily (while you reach a top shelf, etc.) is much of a problem, but if you walk around with it like that all the time, you could catch a few eyes (both LEO & BG, although LEOs would likely leave you alone).
In the first pic, I can't tell.
Remember that some bulging is acceptable, as many people now wear holstered cell phones, PDAs, blackberries, etc. As long as it isn't obvious that it's a gun, you're okay.
Last night, I wore a warm-up suit without the jacket to do some Christmas shopping w/ Mars. (Too warm for the jacket.) I put my .380 in a belly band. If you looked, you could see the end of the barrel bulge underneath my pants. I didn't worry about it since it was only a small part of the gun bulging and most people would probably mistake it for a communication device.

A t-shirt with a bit more length would help you there, but I also understand that shorter, more "fit" shirts are in style. First I'd say go with an IWB. If that's not your style, try wearing the Para closer to a 4:00 position. With me, my shirt always seems to ride up and get hitched near the front or back of my pants, but never the sides. Just FWIW.

I think you're fine. The handgun is concealed inside the holster.PC §46.035. UNLAWFUL CARRYING OF HANDGUN BY LICENSE
HOLDER. (a) A license holder commits an offense if the license
holder carries a handgun on or about the license holder's person
under the authority of Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code,
and intentionally fails to conceal the handgun.
Nobody will notice anyway.

Texas doesn't have a "printing" law. As stated before, the only thing you would need to worry about is "failure to conceal". Since no gun is visible, I'd say your safe from arrest, but you still may get visited. The sheeple get scared easily.
