Sportsman Shooting Center * (281) 482-9837 4425 Fm 2351 Rd, #D, Friendswood, TX 77546.

It has been a few years but this was a pretty good place to shoot. Not fancy, but good.

My vote goes to Marksman.

Although Pasadena Gun Center isn't too too far.

Went to Marksman today with my son-and law. I brought my Glock 19 and Taurus 1911. I gave him the Glock first and well, his aim wasn't that great. After three magazines of that, I gave him the 1911 45ACP, suddenly, he was hitting bullseyes!

I'm still more comfortable with the Glock but am warming up to the 1911 real fast. It sure made a difference with him. We went through 250 rounds! (150 9mm, 100 45ACP)

There were a lot of ladies there today as well. Great to see everyone getting into it! :thumbs2:

Is sportsmans in froendswood still open? the last several times i went there they were closed.

If you want a clean well run indoor range on the south side then marksman is it.
