Can anyone with a blue book tell me what my H&K USP Comact .45 is worth?
I have original case, gun lock in bag, manual. 2 mags and everything is just great.
Thanks a bunch.

Not worth a dime. Send it to me & I'll dispose of it properly. :D :Dgigag04 wrote:Can anyone with a blue book tell me what my H&K USP Comact .45 is worth?

Seriously,
100% - $725.00
98% - 575.00
95% - 495.00

The problem with the Blue book is that condition is subjective. No dealer is ever going to agree that your gun is 98% unless it's new, unfired and in original box. If you put one round downrange a dealer is going to say it's 95%.
Selling a gun is like selling a car. If you find the one guy that can't live without it you'll get good money for it, but if you go to trade it in, you'll lose a bunch of $.

Im thinking about selling outright to a friend.
He wants a good handgun for home defense primarily.
I'm looking to sell the H&K and move to a kimber or XD - smaller easier to conceal.
I figure my USPC would be a good buy since it has a rail for a tac-light --> which would be great for home defense IMHO.
I'm going to give him honest advice, and if something else is a better fit, then I will point him that way.
$575 is what I bought it for from Champion firearms, and I haven't used it much at all. Keep it real clean and nice and pretty. Thats probably what I'll ask for it.
