i personally think he'd be a fan of the g20 or the g21.03Lightningrocks wrote:Grammy wrote:That is just so right...03Lightningrocks wrote:I also want you to know that we Glock owners "forgive you for you know not what you do(or in this case say)"

Yeah... I borrowed it from a feller who died on a cross but know he would approve of it's use in this case as he no doubt loves Glocks too.
he wouldn't want something that has to be "broke in" and then sent to the factory a few times.RocTrac wrote:No, he is with the Moses design.
NEI. Pics or it didn't happen.
Did I say that? Wow!The Annoyed Man wrote:Uuuhhh, just spitballin' here..... but isn't 1911, as in "Model of 1911," in the 20th century? I've never seen a 1911 pistol manufactured prior to the year 1900, let alone prior to 1910 - the year JMB finalized the design.C-dub wrote:I'm not too interested in the 1911's, but there have been a few that look nice. I think there are several that were made in the 19th century and early in the 20th that are just plain ugly.

Sorry... I couldn't help myself. Am I a bad man?
I don't know. I wouldn't be surprised if it were d). Maybe that's why us poor civilians have to pay so much for one. Lot's of manufacturer's will give a low ball bid to win a big contract.G.A. Who knows.
With that said we are left with "B", so I guess the Kimbers were better than the Glocks...![]()
B? Really?? I'll agree that the 1911 design is mechanically ingenious and superior to the glock in terms of precision, but to say that it's better is hard to do. Glocks loose tolerances allow for reliable function in some pretty adverse conditions. If in combat I had to dive into a mud pit, I'd rather have a glock in my hand when I had to shoot the BG on the other side. I think most of us would.C-dub wrote:I don't know.
