I have never sold one, but I have a pile in the back of the safe I don’t shoot any more, just oil once a year. Mostly from my youth, figure my boy will get more joy then the few bucks I might find in a trade.

I have absolutely zero regrets for trading my S&W Sigma 9mm (SW9VE) for my Glock 19. The Glock is a FAR superior weapon to the "Stainless Steel" Sigmas.

That was my first handgun and only gun I've sold so far...

I don't regret selling the only two guns I've ever sold and they both went to two forum members. They were both great guns, G22 & G27, and I'm glad they went to someone that will use them. I was making the switch to .45 and wasn't going to shoot them any more.

Bersa .380cc. Not a bad gun but a little to problematic for primary carry. Gave it a 5 out of 10.

Guns I absolutely hated:

S&W Sigma 9 MM (.... I don't have enough room to write why I despised this piece)
Beretta 96 (Hideous & picky with ammo. Found out later it was the recoil spring)
S&W Bodyguard (No reliability issues, but I did not shoot it accurately, and the trigger was about 5 miles long and 30 lbs)

Guns I miss terribly:
Mini 14 (It is inaccurate.. but I loved that thing)
Mossy 500--(easily replaceable, but I still miss that particular one)

Here's a good one.. Jennings 22 auto. Absolutely the worst nightmare of assembled metal that I have had the misfortune of firing. Regrets? I still have it and would love to get rid of it but I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
I figure if I hang on to it long enough I will run across one of those gun buy-back programs somewhere. I will take great comfort in the fact that it will be totally destroyed and no one will ever depend on it plus I'll spend the $$ on ammo for my real guns.

Well I guess I didn't see this OLD thread--but it has been res erected (is that a word?)

Anyhow I'm in the same boat --still have the Jennings 9mm--wouldn't sell it to anyone, I just keep it in the safe with the other guns. Might make a paper weight out of it one day or put it in concrete and bury it somewhere

No regrets selling a couple of AKs 3-4 years ago for more than twice what I paid. No regrets taking a loss on the Auto-Ordnance 1911. No regrets trading my forties for nines.

Raven .25 auto. Didn't regret selling, but felt kinda bad selling it to a relative (Brother-in-law). However, he knew what he was buying.
