It's actually a choke tube wrench, not a case extractor. You can buy that knife online for $30-35. Just search "Beretta Coltello Folder."

As Warhammer says, you can order it online. It is a reproduction of a knife from the 1940s.The Annoyed Man wrote:How old is it?
The Berreta website says that it's equipped with a cartridge extractor key.

I can see by the shape how it could be used to pull a shell from the chamber. Every other reference I've seen on that knife calls if a choke tube wrench, however I would think that Beretta is pretty likely to know the proper use of their own product. In any case, it looks like a neat little pocket knife.

From Beretta USA website:
"Notice: Due to state laws, this knife cannot be shipped to New York State. Please do not add this knife to your shopping cart if you are having your order shipped to NYstate, since the knife will be removed from your shopping cart during the check out process."

Re: Interesting Case Extractor
Are pocket knives now illegal in NY? Good grief.

I think they are in NYC, but I wouldn't have assumed that to be the case in the rest of the state. The Annoyed Man wrote:Are pocket knives now illegal in NY? Good grief.
I am not a lawyer, nor have I played one on TV, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, nor should anything I say be taken as legal advice. If it is important that any information be accurate, do not use me as the only source.
