I doubt he will sell them at those prices, but good for him if he does and sorry for the person that pays.
I picked up one of Model 1 Sales complete upper kits (everything you need for an AR minus the stripped lower) for $685 out the door. Last week I picked up a stripped lower for $95. So even in the crazy times I will have an AR for under $800.

Actually, he bought a Colt LE6920MP-B. I got my LE6920MP-R back in June. He's thinking about a shotgun and I'm trying to talk him into doing 3-gun with me. I haven't done it yet myself, so if he gets one we might just get out there our first time together and he could carry all his in this one bag.

Plenty of price gougers at the show today. M&P Shield - $750. Ruger 10/22 with tapco stock - $599. XDS - $679.

No one was forced to buy right?
I can pay $3.19 for regular unleaded at the nearest gas station.
Instead, I go to a different station and pay $2.96.
There's a point here...

Re: List price gougers here
Nope. In fact it seemed as if some dealers weren't real interested in selling. I heard a customer ask to see a gun and the guy behind the table said show me the money. He told the customer he wasn't interested in undoing the security cable unless the guy had cash in hand and was ready to buy. This is the same guy that wanted $600 for a 10/22.Abraham wrote:No one was forced to buy right?

4 weeks ago this same guy was begging people to hold a gun and see how it feels. Really nice guy back then. Now he's just a jerk.

Re: List price gougers here
Just saw a website where 115gr Rem UMC 9mm was $35/50 and 180gr Rem UMC 10mm was $30/50.
Never thought I'd see the day that 10mm is cheaper than 9mm.

Re: List price gougers here
Sure, if people are dumb enough to buy it.
Last week, I bought a box Federal 9mm FMJ's for practice at my nearest Walmart of $12.50 or so. It was definitely $12, but for certain I don't recall if it plus .50 or even...

Re: List price gougers here
I didn't look to see if this has already been listed, but alamoammo.com is selling Remington UMC 9mm 115gr for $34.95. I laughed so hard when I saw that, I had to post it here. The good news is that they offer a discount of $.69 per box if you buy 20.
Unbelievable!

What are people thinking. I offered him $75.00 just to upset him.
