What's the difference between a J-frame and a KelTec?

Both have 8-10 pound triggers. Both are double action. Both lack external safeties.

Making either one go "bang" is exactly the same process. Neither fires easier than the other. Neither is likely to go "bang" if you don't intentionally pull the trigger.

I disagree with Kevin just a tad. The kel tec should go bang when you pull the trigger  The S&W J Frame WILL go bang when you pull the trigger ;-)

You see, in this world there's two kinds of people, my friend: those with loaded guns and those who dig. You dig.

My KT P 11 has always gone bang when I pulled the trigger.

I've got both, Kel-tec and 642, and a few other perfect pocket pieces, as I love to carry that way. If anyone wants to try them, PM me and we'll meet up and you can shoot them. I live in the Bryan/College Station area. You do have to buy your own ammo though ;-)
