I was barely able to "let it pass"....but managed somehow.

First of all, "Shoots like a Girl" doesn't mean what it used to!
Here is my daughters CHL proficiency test target:

There were 18 students in the class that day, only 4 managed perfect scores. Hers was the tightest group of all shooters (including an LEO) and she hasn't shot in 3 years. The instructor gives away a ball cap to all who shoot perfect scores. She did cut the 9 line with a couple, but still bested all other shooters. Another of the perfect scores was also by an older lady (two men, two ladies).
I'll bet there are more than a few men here that have been "out-shot" by a female at one time or another. It is sometimes hard to get them to admit it, because we males tend to think that we come down the birth canal knowing how to ride, rope, shoot, spit and cuss.

Having trained several hundred people to shoot, I find that females often do better than the males...because they will take instruction, ask questions, and don't let "ego" get in their way. They also display better hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills.
The females may not have as much interest in taking their shooting skills to higher levels (many stop at intermediate levels), but they are certainly capable of doing so.
So guys, next time you're tempted to use that old phrase "Shoots like a girl", you might want to compare targets.
Lets support our ladies!
