No, it's not. This is Xpert HV in a gray bulk box of 500. There's a picture here:

Believe you me, I was sure surprised that the Win bulk out-shot the CCI. Now that I've got a real rest, I'm going to ty again and see if there's any change.

That Federal box in the picture above is the stuff that threw the huge pattern in my other thread. Don't know what I'm going to do with it. I've only got 4 other .22s to try it in!

I've seen the SuperX, but haven't tried it yet. I expect a range report from you now.

I was unaware of this and had removed the proof I used to carry in the car just in case of an unexpected bargain. They also wanted to run a NICS check but after some persuasion agreed that it wasn't necessary.
Now, that is odd because those who should know have told me different. I have a very good friend who is a gun enthusiast and not a US citizen. He has a rather large hurdle to jump over whenever he wants to purchase something and was told by the dealer we use that a CHL would eliminate those hurdles. Perhaps the dealer simply misspoke and meant that the hassles would simply be lessened.

I am very glad you are in Texas.
