I am going to use my dermal tool and remove it as the guy at Jack's guns told me he does it all the time on these type of gun.

also, is your Msh plastic? both my ultra carry and the ProCarry had plastic housings. My gunsmith advised dumping them for metal as the plastic breaks through on some. It is a little heavier but I dont trust plastic on a spring housing.
