Please explain underlined area above. I carry my G19 with a rail mounted TLR-1 daily, there is nothing impractical about it.

The vast majority of violent crimes occur in the dark. I'd say it's very practical to carry with a light.
For me a weapon light is impractical. I am outside in daylight 98% of the time, I walk a lot and carry concealed. The additional bulge and weight is main reason not to use a light on my gun. I have a TLR 2 and I am not saying it is useless but it is just not my preference.

According to the Q&A and comments though this light is only good out to between 300 to 400 yards. One of the commenters giving it a 5 star rating says it's a "medium distance" light. :smilelol5:

I use the 2,000,000 candle power rechargeable Q beam outside and a 6P inside.
