Negligent Discharge at Houston Gun show this weekend

When we were at the range waiting to shoot, there was a so called "gun guy" that was dry firing his weapon in the part of the range at Bass Pro where you pay to get in. I was about to kick him...real hard. I was shocked that first of all people act that way and second of all the instructors didn't say anything. This idiot should have known better too since he was bragging about how he was a competition shooter and all. After that stunt, I figured the only competition shooting he did was at the shooting gallery at the state fair.
