Howdy, Folks,
Hope everybody is well.
Yesterday I picked up my new carry revolver from one of my local FFL's. It is a Ruger LCR six-shot revolver in .327 magnum. It has good ballistics compared to the .38 special rounds I had been carrying before. I fired a 100 grain Gold Dot hollow-point round through it and the recoil was noticeable but tolerable. Those who are recoil sensitive may wish to pass on it or fire a lesser round through it such as a .32 long which has much less recoil or a .32 H and R magnum round. I carry it in a leather Azula pocket-holster and it fits nicely in that holster. I have big pockets on my blue jeans and it conceals well.
On another note I picked up a handy flashlight I clip under the bill of my cap when I am cleaning firearms at my gun bench. I highly recommend it and it is powered off of triple A batteries:

Re: My New Carrier Revolver and an Addition to my Gun Bench
Very nice! I have the .357 LCR and it's a great gun, very smooth trigger. I want a .327 version as well as a .22 LR and .22 Magnum as well. I love being able to carry it in my pocket (in a pocket holster) as well as throw it in an IWB and OWB holster.
