Despite the police recommendations that you shouldn't stand up for yourself, the lady's testimony speaks much louder. That right there, is an empowered woman - with an attitude I wish more women in our country had.

Just imagine if she had been trained and armed... there perhaps wouldn't have been two more carjackings immediately after hers.

Am I the only one that it bothers that they said she turned the thug into a "victim"?

Too bad she didn't have a legal concealed handgun and just blew his brains out the window.

The part I didn't get is when she said she took the gun and poked it in his crotch and threatened to shoot him. How did she get the gun? That part of the story sounded fuzzy.

Even so, I'm glad she came out of it safe.
