Request for belt advice
Over the last year I have broken one of the cardinal rules of CHL...I wear a cheap leather belt for everyday carry! The belt is 1 1/2 inch and used to work well, but now sags with the weight of my gun and holster.
I have had enough of it and want a quality one. I know that there are some companies out there charging a hundred bucks for their line....but why? Is the thickness of the belt what makes the high quality for my purpose?
I have tried on the Wilderness belt and did not like it. Any other suggestions. I would like to keep it in the $70.00 range if possible. Thanks in advance!

Since you don't like the Wilderness belt, I highly recommend Don Hume's B109L trouser belt.
I have one in black and one in brown. They are rock solid and built to last.

I've heard good things about these belts but have never used them myself. It's pushing your 70 dollar limit.

I bought my belt from http://www.gunnersalley.com It's 1 1/2 inches wide and is thick. It cost 70 dollars and they charged 6 dollars for shipping. It's a good quality belt, I'd buy another one.

Rafter gives you more punched holes than the others I've seen. Makes
for finer adjustments & greater comfort.

hello JBirds 1210:
I purchased a very nice Bianchi belt from the below website, and the price is right, very comfortable, and inexpensive. This is the belt i use for my CCW.

Another vote for Don Hume B109L. I have two.
Just got the second one in April from Red Diamond Uniform, for $37.99.
I think it's http://www.reddiamondonline.com?
These belts are 2 layers of leather and almost 1/4" thick.
Aker B21 is another inexpensive favorite of many. Two layers of leather with a polymer insert in between.
I don't have one, but have read many positive accounts on other boards.
Happy hunting, OE
