The New Gold - .380 ammo

#1

Post by Dan20703 »

I had been seeing a few ads on several different boards for .380 acp ammo at high prices but then I saw this:
http://www.thefiringline.com/forums/sho ... p?t=351538" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
380 Federal Hydra-Shok

I have 16 unused rounds of .380 90 grain Federal Hydra-Shok's for sale. Asking $45 plus shipping. Will ship immediately. Please contact me if interested.

:shock:

For those of you looking for 380 ammo. I found this:
http://www.wideners.com/itemdetail.cfm? ... 18|829|835" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

It says "In Stock" as of 3:50 PM CDT April 15

I have 380 ammo and no 380. I'd trade it for Hornady TAP 5.56 ammo if somebody local wants it. PM me.
I am scared of empty guns and keep mine loaded at all times. The family knows the guns are loaded and treats them with respect. Loaded guns cause few accidents; empty guns kill people every year. -Elmer Keith. 1961

Unless it was a miss print, a couple of weeks ago I saw .380 50 count boxes on CTD for right at 80 dollars a box. :mad5

I'm not going to work tomorrow.
I'm sitting on a fortune in the ammo cabinet.

nope, not dreaming,

CTD had Blazer aluminum cased ammo for 69.95 a box.

They sold out.

And yes, the auction's for real. Im selling some of my 380 on gunbroker. I started the auction at what I paid for it and let it go from there with a ridiculously high buy it now just to see if someone would do it. gotta love a free market system. :patriot:

What kind of 380 ammo do you have and what kind and how many TAP rounds are you looking for? Also red box or black box TAP?

That auction is hilarious. This part just made my night:
Cash, money order, certified check, first born child will be accepted as payment.

Out of all the calibers I have sitting around, I have the fewest round-count in .380. But I do have some. Some Speer, some Cor-Bon, and some S&B hardball. Hm. Maybe I should amble on over to Gunbroker myself...

Did y'all notice the handle of the seller on the gun broker auctions?

Both of my auctions ended last night. I sold 7 boxes at 40/box, shipping included.
