Does anyone have any experience with these mag holsters?

I'm planning on using it to carry an extra magazine for my M&P 40 full size. I have a desantis superfly pocket holster for my j-frame airweight and really like it. Any opinions are appreciated.

Have you tried carrying your mag in the pocket holster you already have? I have one of these cheap pocket holsters that I picked up at a gun show for $5 ...

... used it for my LCP until I got a leather pocket holster for it.

But now I occassionally use it to pocket carry an extra mag (double stack) or two (single stack). Works well, keep the mag upright and doesn't slide around. Not really "designed for" this, but it works.

You must not carry as much as I do in my pockets. When I pocket carry, my left pocket is filled with its normal load plus all of the displaced stuff from the right pocket.

Earlier, I was looking at a Galco horizontal single mag carrier to wear on my belt. That could be a good solution any time that you're wearing a cover garment.

Actually, I carry a ton in my pockets, but I'm normally wearing cargo pants with 6 total pockets. Plus when I pocket carry a mag like this, it's usually when I'm belt-carrying my pistol. Thus my right pocket is free for keys.

It does look like it would work fine in a dedicated pocket, unless the pocket is so large that the holster won't stay put when extracting the mag.
