Congrats on the new LCP. They are very reliable IMO.

I carried one for a while and then sold it to another forum member.
That little gun would just shoot anything I put through it without any hang ups.

My favorite SD ammo was Hornady Critical Defense and Remington Golden Sabers.

I would demand pictures but I think we all know what they look like by now. ;-)
But you could post some anyway.

I had no idea that I would fall in love with mine, but she is a loyal companion that never leaves my side. At only 12oz fully loaded, whats not to love. Yeah I know, it's only a .380, but 7 well-placed shots should get ya out of Dodge. I also carry a spare mag. Check out http://www.elsiepeaforum.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for some great conversation about your new little blaster. Congrats!

Congratulations - they're fine little guns.

I'd consider it cheating to carry it on a wally walk, though...... :rolll

I've got the P3AT (the one Ruger styled the LCP off of) and it is a GREAT pistol. It's not my everyday carry, but it's a great pocket pistol when you've got grab and go.

My wife uses it when she takes the girls out for a stroll...it fits in the top compartment of a stroller (where folks put keys and stuff) nicely.

I had a P3AT, sold it, and wound up picking up another one because of its versatility. I know the LCP will serve you well!

You made a good choice.. A great little gun to "grab and go".. Be prepared for the long trigger pull..

Congrats! You do realize this is how addiction starts. Next will a small size 9mm. Next will come a Mid size 40 cal. Then comes the full size 45 in either XD-Glock or 1911. At this point due to sentimental value you use the LCP as a BUG

Its a great high isnt it? Take Care.

Congrats on the post-CHL purchase. Transaction takes no time at all when you present the plastic. And yes, that feeling can be addicting. You learn to cope and manage, but it never goes away. :cheers2: :patriot:
