Anyone from Houston, Austin, San Antonio, or Corpus Christi or in between has any info on where they have the GunVault NanoVault 300 in stock?
I tried ordering it online but it seems to be backordered. I'm trying to purchase it before next weekend that way I can take my Glock to Colorado with me.
Thanks,
Stephen

Gander mountain on 45 in Spring has all 3 kinds. the 300 was $39 if i remember right. i bought the 200 last week from there, they had a bunch of those, i'm more partial to keys over number tumblers, and it was $10 cheaper.

Cabela's in Buda usually has plenty in stock. Not sure if it's the exact same brand name/model number, but should be same basic idea.
Also GT Distributors in Austin keeps these in stock.

Bought one from Pearland Academy last week. Just as an FYI, inspect the locking mechanism. It is made of plastic and sticks out from the packaging a bit. First one I bought was broken. Exchanged it for another and all was well. Not great, but for the price it will keep the low grade criminals busy for a few minutes.

If you buy the version with the key lock, I STRONGLY recommend replacing it with a "Combi Cam" lock.
company web site

available at Amazon and many RV supply stores
This is a quick and easy swap for the keyed cam lock. If you buy the vault with the OEM combo lock (also plastic, and not very sturdy), you're stuck with it.

Wish I would have know about this before I bought mine. Looks much better than the POS that came with mine. Oh well, guess it's an excuse to buy another one. You don't by chance know which one fits the Nanovault?

Bought one at Academy. $30. Fits a Glock 17. Use it to keep the curious out and for travel through anti 2A states. Mine is the combo version.
