Gunsmith for norinco 1897

Well I don't know if this is the right place for this but I hope someone can point me in the right direction. I have a Norinco 1897 Trench gun that needs some work. I live in houston area and would like to find someone who specializes in these types of guns. In paticulair someone who does work for CAS and SASS people. I know these gunsmiths are good at fixing any issues. I would send it back to IAC but I am pretty sure the gun is out of warranty. That I prefer having locals work on my stuff. So if you know of someone in the houston area please let me know as I want to have it working again. I put around 100 rounds of target loads through it with out a problem then loaned it to a friend who brought it back to me broken. At first the slide, bolt and carrier would move freely of each other. However as I tried working the action I got the bolt and slide to close as one along with the carrier (i didn't take apart just move the pieces in sink if I could) now the carrier won't move all the way down to load a round (in this case snap caps that I have). I just want my gun back and never let my friend borrow a gun with out me being there in person again.
