I don't get the Outdoor Channel anymore, so I don't know if there is still a show called "Impossible Shots" that features him. But I used to see him on that show make shots that fried my brain.

Things like bracing a playing card sideways (facing the thin edge) and cutting it in half. Then shooting at an axe head that split the bullet into two and cutting 2 cards in half. Placing a quarter up on edge, then hitting the edge of it enough to make it spin instead of flying away. Truly incredible stunts.

He is really fast, too.

He is a custom gunsmith as well as a speed shooter. When I lived in Alaska, I watched several of his videos and have shot a few of the guns he built. His daughter was a friend of mine and his son-in-law was my boss. So I have seen and heard a lot about him.

then you may be able to answer my question. Last year, during one episode of "Impossible Shots", it was reported that Bob was in pretty bad health and in need of (I think) kidney transplant. Since that time, all the Bob Munden appearances on "Impossible Shots" seem to be carefully slected repeats from previous years. So, what's the current status on Bob's health. I've been concerned about this for the last year.
