Riddle me this Batman...

Does anyone know why Glock is restricting sales of BlueGuns to LEO only? I mean how crazy is this? Sure go ahead and purchase the real deal lead throwing death machines, thats okay... But blue rubber fake guns... No no no that's for LEO only. Those are too dangerous for you civies to own!

It's not like I want one anyway but it raises my hackles and makes me want to never buy anything Glock related...

Glock has recently issued a New Contract with Ring's Manufacturing Inc. (BLUEGUNS) to manufacture Glock Blueguns as we have been doing for the past 10 years. This new contract states that Glock restricts the sale of Glock Blueguns to the Public. We are restricted to selling Glock Blueguns to the Police, Military, Trainers, Police Distributors, or Holster Manufacturers. We ask that our customers abide by these rules and refrain from offering Glock Blueguns to the Public on the Internet, Publications or General Catalogs. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your support.

I guess Glock does not know or care how holsters are made (even plastic ones).

I'm confused, the blue guns salesmen attach their red dot sights to? Is that what Glock wants restricted?

Cause the public might do?

And that would be bad?

Yes indeed. Restrict the sale of trainer guns. Heaven forbid someone be taught safe gun handling and practice grip, etc. using a safe trainer to do so.

There it is. I've most of the time cared less about owning a glock. I possesed one for ashort time and it never felt right. Buy American

"Trainers"---wouldn't that be the same as instructors? Notice the comma before & after

teach someone to to hold a gun with a training one?its way more interesting to teach people with a loaded real gun.

All I gotta say is come & get it. Mine aint a Glock But a Sig. I am tired of this mess.

For the low low price of $700!

I'm guessing it's a supply v demand deal. You are still likely able to buy them from police distributors. There are other alternatives too like the red guns made by ASP or yellow barrels.

When they outlaw blue glocks I will not be an outlaw.

Anygunanywhere except blue glocks.
