I usually like Frontline as they generally seem pretty neutral, but from this preview I don't know if I could stomach watching this.

From looking at the tease, I wouldn't watch it for fear of raising my blood pressure up to dangerous levels.

Why do you think Frontline is neutral?

I pretty much look at anything produced by PBS as leaning-left at the very least. Especially any kind of documentary / news type show.

I agree that 99% of what you see on PBS is leftist, progressive garbage, but Frontline is usually different. Years ago I watched a show on George W and it was fairly well done. Recently I've watched episodes on the Rise of ISIS and Ebola. The show on ISIS was very critical of Obama and his foreign policy and really painted his administration as clueless.

From the preview however, this episode on the NRA looks like crap...

I watched it. As far as I was able to discern, accurate.
What you'd never find in a transcript though, was the ominous, forbidding music that played. The tone/inflection of the narrator. The "Crazy Wayne" photos that were shown. The portraits of the innocents that wallpapered the piece. The motivation of all the former NRA VPs and spokesmen that appeared in opposition to the NRA.

Don't forget Uncle Charley and his "Cold Dead Hands" statement. They played that clip at least a 1/2 dozen times.

Unbiased? The video says that President Obama was unwilling to take on "the Nation's most powerful lobby."

The statistics are from 2010. The Tech lobby spent $120M. The NRA spent $7M. I guess that the NRA just gets more power from every dollar spent.

The Tech lobby got more infusion of tax money than the NRA. Pork, dontcha know.

The media will take every opportunity to slam guns, but will try to look unbiased as they do it. Many of them actually think they are unbiased; they just don't see why anyone but the govt needs a gun.
