Alien Gear Quick Draw Mount

First, I sell industrial concrete and by no means work for this company.
OK, So I have seen many discussions about mounting a handgun in a car. From my understanding it must not be in plain sight. I think this system that they made is pretty cool. IF you use their OWB holster, when you take it off with your firearm still inside, you then clip it into the mount. simple, simple. I like it. OWB, paddle, and mount= about $50 including shipping
OPEN the flood gates about using this system in your car. (please note that it is NOT next to you wallet)

I just got the email on this mount today, would like to see others opinions on this mount system. I personally own their IWB Cloak tuck 3.0 but mostly use my Warthog Quicktuk IWB. When driving, my sidearm just stays put. I never really take it out unless I cant carry in my destination. I find it kind of hard/annoying to keep taking off and putting back on any IWB in a car, especially my little sedan (miss my tundra).
You have any ideas where you would mount this in your vehicle if you were to make the purchase?

I just recieved my ailen gear OWB in the mail, but i didnt order the 2.0 version that this is compatible with!

now i have to return this one and wait another week for the now one, i will go ahead and get the mount with it as well. I would probably mount it where they have it shown. Id would use outside double sided 3M tape ( sold at hardware store) and just screw it in. I will post when i get it installed.
I think the general consensus is that if pulled over it needs to be out of view. I usually have a rag near me that i could drape over it. I am 100% sure i would think about my handgun if pulled over.
I AM A BIG BOY, so IWB while driving= impossible to draw if needed. There are a lot of street walkers in Houston.

I have a Cloak Tuck 3.0 too. If I have to disarm I just pull the pistol out and leave the holster in place. When I get back to it I just slip it back in place. I have a lock box in both of my vehicles.

By the looks of the pictures, you can adjust the mount to make it fit more/less tight.

That's a pretty cool device. I just got an OWB Alien paddle holster, and I like it. It's not perfect, but it does have one advantage over the other paddle holsters I own, and that is that the paddle is small enough to make the holster more easily put on or taken off. The downside of that is that the paddle is also maybe a little more fragile than the more burly paddles of the two Safariland paddle holsters I own. But those paddles are so big that it makes it hard to get the holster on and off.
This vehicle mount that makes it easy to transfer the holstered gun from belt to vehicle without unholstering the gun is a good idea.

I use a safariland paddle holster and I will say it is not easy to take off that's for sure.
I've been thinking of getting their IWB cloak tuck (alien gear)

I think I am going to get their OWB (maybe the one you have) and IWB. You can basically get two for the price of one. My wife can't fight that logic

T.A.M. & Trey, I would like a full review after a few weeks of use. I considering retiring the safariland for the OWB and IWB AG
