World's Most Complicated Retention Holster

This video of a new
"retention holster" certainly wins the prize for the most complex gadgets ever assembled into one gun holding device.
The draw and grip technique shown in the demonstration speaks volumes about the pistol skills of the demonstrator.
I think it's missing a backward facing pepper spray projector, but that enhancement may be coming in version 2.
I give it the coveted triple facepalm award.

No thanks. I will stick with a Safariland ALS/SLS for my open carry needs.

What a brilliant design! All it needs is backward facing pepper spray thingy Excaliber mentioned, pair of cuffs deactivated by depressing a switch down and to the left, folding baton that extends to 20' by pressing a bottom mounted lever and of course a set of ninja nunchucks that come out when you press the button on the top twice.

This design could indeed prove to be shocking if you don't read the manual properly.

It must be a good product. The guy using it in the video is using the good ole cup and saucer grip!

Yup, and watch where his hands meet for his two handed grip during the draw stroke.
Not to mention the aesthetics of a box holster....

I guess the idea is, a BG will leave you alone, if he witnesses you taser yourself.

Somebody had to put an awful lot of work into cobbling together the device we saw on the video.
I suspect the inventor is a really clever guy who just doesn't understand the parameters of the problem he's trying to solve.
