If you think receiving trespass notice from a peace officer doesn't count, good luck in court.

The police cannot tell someone that they cannot carry on my property. That is for me to decide. If they do have power of attorney then they would be acting as a representative and I believe proper notice would have been given. I wouldn't push the issue, but I still wonder if they do not have power of attorney if this is proper notice.

(I actually have a Texas Statutes application on my iPhone that I can immediately pull up ANY Texas statute on, on a moments notice. I have all the ones that matter to CHL carry bookmarked for quick and easy access )

There's also one that only has the Texas Penal code. The only benefit there, as I can see, is that it loads faster, and runs better on Non 3gs iphones.

No bets on how long before the new changes make it to the updated ls-16 pamphlet.

The only difference that I can see between the lite (i.e. free) version, and the full version is that the former has a diskspace limitation of 'only' 200 MB. But that's a fair number of PDFs (mine currently has thirty of so files in there).
