Odd news from other states

In Florida, participants in a cricket match got into an argument (no news there). One man threatened another with a cricket bat. The man who was threatened shot the man who threatened him. He was a Florida concealed-weapon licensee and was not immediately arrested:

In Arkansas, a volunteer in the sheriff's office gave a loaded .380 pistol to an attorney who was visiting the office. The attorney, for reasons known only to himself (if anyone), thought it was a toy and fired it, destroying a computer monitor.
I guess "all guns are always loaded" is a little too complicated for some people.
