Anyone know of a place I can get some #12 Stainless Steel Shot? The closest thing I can fine is

Maybe you should look for a manufacturer of bearings. Sorry, I can't help, but can I ask why you would want to shoot them? You don't want your duck to rust after you shoot it?

Funny guy...no I'm not even going to use them for reloading. I'm going to use them to balance my tires...Really.

Dynabeads, little ceramic balls designed for the purpose. They work.

A friend uses the ceramic beads to balance his steering tires on his Freightliner.
His opinion was that stainless shot would wear the tire.
