Bullets and small rifle primers
Yay! Scored 1,000 small rifle primers and 1,000 55 grain .223 FMJ. And they didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Wolf primers - I've read that they can be a harder primer, but I'm game to try. $25. I may get more at a later date.

Re: Bullets and small rifle primers
Congrats on primers! Hard primers should be fine in a 223- assuming a MSR? But even a bolt gun should handle hard primers w/o issue.
As an aside, Keep RMR in the back of your mind as you need projectiles... they have been great and have continued to bring in Hornady and other big name projectiles to supplement their own manufactured bullets over the past several months... and kept prices in check.
