Post by DOCTORWHO »

I RECENTLY PUT THE 2008 VERSION ON MY LAPTOP. IT IS SUPER PROTECTIVE, BUT I CAN NOT GET THE SPOPTSMANS GUITE SITE IMAGES. I'VE USED THE SITE FOR 5 OR 6 YEARS NO PROBLEM. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA AS HOW TO CURE THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING IN THE GUIDES AND ON LINE HELP.

Is this the same Doctor Who that I know form a gun forum related to a large magazine publisher?

Sorry, I don't have any experience with the Computer Associates software - did any firewall settings change? They could most certainly have changed other things during the install that might do this. Specifically there is a setting in some browsers about not displaying remote images. That could be what it is. I think your best bet would be to call the SW company and get support from them though.

Would another browser help?
Something like Firefox? We have CA Virus scanner here (not sure if it's the same thing), but it works here.
