Has anyone else been receiving timeouts trying to get to the forum? I am periodically getting 'The page cannot be displayed' messages.

I got a connection refused error a few times, no timeout message. I suspect there is a router issue somewhere. The server here looks to be located in PA and they do appear to have some strong weather in the area so that could be the issue.
How do you explain a dog named Sauer without first telling the story of a Puppy named Sig?

I don't know if it's timeouts, or something else, but occasionally I'll get the "Internet Explorer can not display this page" like it's an incorrect web address. Just hit F5 and it reloads allright
