Photo-hosting services?

#1

Post by quidni »

Whom do y'all recommend as far as free photo-hosting services go? I need to set up a basic account that will host an unknown number of pics, able to be uploaded by anyone who has the password. (We'll have multiple users of this account.)

I've got a Photobucket account, personally, but don't know if there are better hosting sites available. Any advice would be welcome!

All guns have at least two safeties. One's digital, one's cognitive. In other words - keep the digit off the trigger until ready to fire, and THINK. Some guns also have mechanical safeties on top of those. But if the first two don't work, the mechanical ones aren't guaranteed. - me

Google has several services that we use daily, and they work very well. If I were to set up an another photo account, I would probably use Google's Picasa service. The account can be private and sharable, or public so that anyone can view.
I need to set one up for photos from work next week. So, I can keep them categorized, and share them with cohorts.
I don't know what limitations there maybe on an account.
You might have a look. http://picasa.google.com/features.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Ø resist

Take away the second first, and the first is gone in a second.

You can also use http://www.flickr.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; which is the old Yahoo! photos.
