Only 30 people have had this honor, of them 13 were Senators.

Abraham Lincoln was the 2nd.

I saw a picture of Trump playing golf side by side with a photo of John McCain's casket coming down the aisle. The headline said both photos were taken at the same time. No mention that Trump was told to stay away and was not invited.
